Firefighter Leadership Opportunity - Final 2 weeks

Crew Supervisor / Lieutenant / Captain (10 Positions) Unlimited Safety Services (USS)

Unlimited Safety Services is in the final two weeks of recruitment for our 2026/2027 Officer Leadership Program.

We are actively selecting candidates and beginning interviews.

Positions Available (10 Total)

Crew Supervisor (LFF) – $36,000
Division Supervisor (LT) – $48,000
Division Manager (CPT) – $60,000

All salaries based on approximately 6 months active duty
+ Jobsite Deployment Bonuses

Work Schedule

Equal Time On / Off Rotation

Work approximately 6 months per year
Off approximately 6 months per year

What You’ll Do

Work across:

Municipal Fire Rescue (with Fire Rescue International – associated agency)
Industrial Fire & Standby
Medical Co-Response
H₂S / Supplied Air Operations
Hazardous Materials Response
Wildland Firefighting
