Unlimited Safety Services is in the final two weeks of recruitment for our 2026/2027 Officer Leadership Program.
We are actively selecting candidates and beginning interviews.
Positions Available (10 Total)
- Crew Supervisor (LFF) – $36,000
- Division Supervisor (LT) – $48,000
- Division Manager (CPT) – $60,000
All salaries based on approximately 6 months active duty
+ Jobsite Deployment Bonuses

Work Schedule
Equal Time On / Off Rotation
- Work approximately 6 months per year
- Off approximately 6 months per year
What You’ll Do
Work across:
- Municipal Fire Rescue (with Fire Rescue International – associated agency)
- Industrial Fire & Standby
- Medical Co-Response
- H₂S / Supplied Air Operations
- Hazardous Materials Response
- Wildland Firefighting

Candidates are evaluated based on:

- Final hiring board decision
Interviews and evaluations are already underway.
Start Dates
- Early start: September 7, 2026
- Full intake: January 4, 2027
